Reigate Hill is highly experienced at offering facilities for and managing the following;

Seminars, Conferences, Team-Building, Private Meetings and Corporate Golf Events. Our high class venue provides a range of conference rooms allowing us to host days with the number of delegates ranging from 6 to 150. Our club is very conveniently located near all the main commuter links and only 3 minutes from junction 8 of the M25. We have plenty of free parking available on site.

With picturesque views leading out over our golf course, we are the ideal venue for you to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town or city and relax and enjoy our hospitality in this productive setting.

The Clarence Room

This versatile room is able to accommodate a conference for up to a maximum of 150 delegates and comes equipped with projector and screen. There is a wireless network available for internet access giving you business communications for your seminar, learning day or company meetings. Table and seating arrangements can be chosen to meet your individual needs and this room has the added advantage of being easily divided into two separate meeting rooms, using retractable soundproof screens. The two separate rooms can be hired out individually and host up to 60 people. We offer very flexible catering options and if required golf can always be included on attractive terms.

The Pilgrims Room

This room is slightly smaller than the Gatton room, but can accommodate the same level of versatility. You will enjoy wonderful views out over the golf course and a professional atmosphere with which to host your conference. Room layout can again be tailored to your specific requirements.
