Hugh Marr

A Fellow of the PGA, Hugh is one of the European Tour's leading Performance Coaches.

With an integrated, holistic approach to his coaching, the individuals and teams that Hugh works with have consistently proven themselves to be winners at both Club, National and Professional level.

This coaching philosophy encourages the practical application of all areas of performance development including strength and conditioning, psychology, biomechanics, equipment technology and nutrition.

As Head Coach to Surrey Golf for 7 years, during which time the county won 3 national titles and produced numerous Walker Cup players, Hugh gained widespread recognition for his work before in 2011 becoming the Head of Boys Coaching for England Golf.

Together with these roles, Hugh is also a regular contributor to Todays Golfer and Golf World magazine; was the UK's first accredited 'TrackMan Master' and is a Brand Ambassador for Nike Golf.

Matt Antell

Matt is a PGA AA Professional who provides a proven performance development service.

With a passion for developing his players and providing the highest quality of service; Matt has been consistently successfully in improving players at club, county and national level.

A number of young players have progressed on to either US College Golf or Professional Tours - and Matt is expertly placed to provide a mentoring service and performance development to players with these aspirations.

Matt's integrated, holistic coaching philosophy draws on his knowledge and experience in sport science and the psychology of skill development. As well as experience working alongside some of the worlds leading service providers he has graduate degrees in Sport & Exercise Science (BSc hons) and Professional Golf (FdA) and a post graduate Advanced Certificate in Golf Coaching.

Matt's players also benefit from use of his 'TrackMan' radar system - ensuring the accuracy of analysis of ball flight and strike patterns demanded by serious players whilst also being a fantastic tool for practice and skill development (for more information on TrackMan click here).

In addition to coaching private clients at Surrey Golf Lab, Matt also coaches elite performance squads for England Golf, Surrey Golf Union, Surrey Golf Partnership and Whitgift School.

Mark Bull

Mark is a PGA AA Professional and a world leader in the field of golf biomechanics and fitness.

With a Masters degree in Sports Science, Mark is currently undertaking his PhD studies through Birmingham University, where his research thesis is appraising 'physical interventions on swing biomechanics and kinematics'.

With a passion for helping players of all standards develop their physical ability to perform the golf swing with technical efficiency, adaptability, repeatability and in a pain free environment; Mark provides a range of unique programmes using the our World Class 'Surrey Golf Lab' facility.

Here, using realtime full 3D analysis & force/pressure plates, a full biomechanical assessment of the swing can be made and - along with the addition of realtime biofeedback - help the learning of desired swing improvements.

Mark offers 3D Biomechanical analysis to both individuals and groups, together with a full golf specific service offer including: identification of possible postural breakdowns; physiological imbalances; motor control issues and the connection between body and swing.

As well as providing support to private clients and coaches, Mark works with a number of European Tour players; National Governing Bodies; numerous County Golf Unions; University and college squads.

In recognition of his work Mark now writes articles for numerous golf publications worldwide; speaks at many leading University's; helps the PGA deliver their member PDP programs and runs CPD courses throughout the UK. This year he will also be a guest speaker at both the English National Coaches Conference; the Golf Australia National Coaches Conference and a section of his PhD thesis will be presented at the 2012 World Golf Fitness Conference in Orlando.
